Management Trainee Program Sales Departement
Responsibilities :
- Understanding the company business process
- Participate in the company’s strategic planning
- Research ways to increase profitability and lower risk
Requirements :
- Male/Female, Single
- Maximum 24 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in All Major
- Preferably FRESH GRADUATES or Maximum 1 Year(s) of working experience is required for this position
- Fluent in English is a MUST, Preferably Fluent in Mandarin
- Have excellent communication skills, interest in Sales and Marketing Department
- Able to work under pressure & overtime
- Able to Operate Microsoft Office
- Strong Leadership, Management and Communication Skill
- Training Programs will be held in Oppo HQ , North Jakarta
- Willing to work in the field and be placed all over Indonesia
