Kualifikasi:

Maximum 30 years old, man is preferable
Diploma/Bachelor Degree from reputable university, major of Law or closely related field
At least 1 (one) years of working experiences in related field for this position, fresh graduate welcome to apply
Having experience on processing expatriate employee documents (IMTA, RPTKA, KITAS, etc)
Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel)
Having good knowledge in internet application, e.g. email, browser, etc
Good in English both written and verbal
Eager to learn new things
Having good communication and interpersonal skill
Be able to act and make decisions appropriately
Able to work individually or team
Willing to work mobile
Able to join ASAP

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Communicate with customer and vendor related to consulting job
Manage and monitor database of existing expatriate, e.g stay permit, visa, and other formalities
Update and inform to customer about new regulations based on customer needs
Processing expatriate documents (IMTA, RPTKA, KITAS, etc), especially for Jakarta area
Processing customer or company license documents
Arrange working report periodically and submit to superior
Update consulting working board on Google Drive
Processing other tasks related to consulting jobs
