Nusantara Culinary Group (Mangkokku) merupakan sebuah kolaborasi bisnis kuniler antara Chef Arnold, Kaesang, Randi, dan Gibran. Menyediakan menu rice bowl yang bisa dinikmati segala jenis kalangan masyarakat.
Saat ini Nusantara Culinary Group (Mangkokku) membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi sebagai berikut:
1. Quality Control
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree from Food Technology, Culinary
- At least 3 years experience in QC/QA Food and Beverage, Hotel or Dairy and Consumer Products
- Have knowledge and experience in Service, Quality and Food Safety at All Outlets and Central Kitchen
- Create and review SOPs on food safety
2. Organization Development & People Development
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree from Psychology/Management/Industrial Engineering
- At least 5 years experience in Learning & Talent Management or Organizational Development & Culture Management
- At least experience from Food and Beverage/Start Up/Ecomerce
- Have knowledge and experience in Competency Matrix, Learning Module Development, Human Asset Value and Talent Management Method
- Data analysis based on OD/Person needs (Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, Job Assessment, Cultural Assessment, and OKR/KPI Method)
3. Talent Acquisition
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree from Psychology
- At least 1-3 years experience in Talent Acquisition or Requirement from Food & Beverages, Startup, Head Hunter, Retail or Customer Goods
- Have knowledge and experience in the recruitment process
4. PPIC Admin
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree from Industrial Engineering/Management/Logistics Business
- At least 1-3 years experience in PPIC from Food & Beverages, Catering, Restaurant, Consumer Goods
- Have knowledge and experience in production planning, and material management
- Monitor stock in warehouse, central kitchen, and outlet
- Inventory control and procurement of necessary raw materials
- Able to plan processes and monitor results
5. Internship Design
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a final year student from the Department of Visual Communication Design
- Support the Creative Team to edit Nusantara brand photos/videos
