Responsibilities :
- Respond to Client consistently and confidently by providing accurate information about products and opening account process
- Do confirmation call or email to support our operational and any related departement
- Administration task
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree form reputable University, majoring in Economic/Computer Studies
- Prior experience with Banking, Call Centre, Customer Service/Support Service is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills – both written and spoken
- Good computer literacy and Proficient in MS Office
- Professional good looking and has ability to multi-task
