Kualifikasi:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil/ Management Construction/ any other related major.
• Minimum 3 years experience in project construction/project management / especially as a site manager/construction manager/project manager.
• Able to work individually and team.
• Have good communication skills both orally and writing.
• Have knowledge of the aspects of construction, especially construction management in general or in detail.
• Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and architectural/civil drawing (Autocad).
• Have a high sense of curiosity to Manage Construction, be thorough and detail-oriented on 3 metrics: Time, Quality and Cost.
• Have good analytical thinking and problem solving on Site Construction.
• Able to Consistently pushing Executor Team to ensure all running project aligned with schedule.
• Able to Manage Construction for several projects parallelly.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Ensure all requirement and checklist for pre-construction fulfilled for Civil related.
• Request Construction Execution Admin to provide document required before Construction Start.
• Prepare Construction Coordinator’s Checklist.
• Review Project Evaluation to prevent issues happened as lesson learned.
• Liaise with Construction Management Officer, MEP AC Coordinator to ensure Construction issues solved properly and immediately.
• Monitor, Update, Manage Project to ensure Construction running smoothly and as scheduled.
• Ensure Construction delivered defect free (Less issue during maintenance).
• Manage Construction Addendum as efficient as possible.
• Ensure Handover process to Branch Team done smoothly.
• Handover all document of each Project after Handover to Branch Team to Construction Execution Admin.
• Liaise with Construction Management Officer for Evaluation of Construction after Handover to Branch Team.
