Saat ini PT Mostrans Global Digital membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi sebagai berikut:
1. Shipper Acquisition
Description :
- Customer acquisition (make prospectus, presentation, offer until deal)
- Maintain growth existing customer
- Make sure all order is fulfilled according to demand
- Make sure all invoices are appropriate and on time
- Conduct monthly meeting with existing Shipper to review services from Mostrans.
Requirements :
- Maximum 30 years old
- Minimum Bachelor degree in any major
- Minimum 1 – 2 years experience as Sales/Marketing in transportation/logistics company
- Have good communication, presentation, persuasive, negotiation, and analytical thinking
- Willing to be placed in Pulo Gadung, East Jakarta
2. Branch Executive
Job Description :
- Customer acquisitions (making prospectuses, presentations, offers until collaboration is declared)
- Maintain growth of existing customers
- Ensure Shippers orders are fulfilled on demand
- Ensure all invoices related to Shipper are appropriate and on time
- Monthly meeting with 6 existing shippers to review services from Mostrans
Requirements :
- Candidate must at least possess a Bachelors Degree all majors
- Have a 2 years experience as a Sales/Marketing at Logistic or Transportation Company
- Have a good Leadership, communication, negotiation, good analytical skills
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya
3. Project Lead (specialize in Warehousing)
Job Description :
- Responsible to manage and lead projects related to logistic activity & be main contact point for any new initiatives / projects
- Development of strategies, tactics and new ideas (including logistic tender & contract renewal) for Mostrans master plan to improve logistic performance and support the business growth
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Transportation or other relevant areas
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate
4. Project Lead (specialize in Consolidation)

- Responsible to manage and lead projects related to logistic activity & be main contact point for any new initiatives / projects

6. Pricing Analyst
Job Description :
- Analyze, calculate, and assess pricing all around business services & projects.
- Establishing sales prices and working with the sales and marketing teams to develop ideas for seasonal sales opportunities.
Requirements :
- Have the ability to think strategically, analyze and solve problems, and have good interpersonal and communication skills

7. Finance Accounting Tax Manager
Job Description :
- Responsible of all matters of Accounting and Finance and taxes including but not limited to : Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, A/R, A/P, etc.
- Responsible of budget and cost control, and all reporting including monthly performance reporting to each department – Responsible of cash flow management
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree of Accounting/Finance major
- Minimum 3 years experience as Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager (transportation/logistics company preferred)
- Experienced in KAP (Kantor Akuntan Publik) Big 4
- Have skills: Leadership, Communication, Problem Solving and good in analytical thinking
8. Accounting Executive
Job Description :
- Responsible for preparing financial reports and maintaining Balance sheet Account, Receipt, Payment, and other financial activities
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 2 years experienced as Accounting Officer/Accounting Executive (preferably from logistics and transportation companies)
- Familiar with Ms. Office and Oracle
9. Application Developer Internship
Job Description :
- Mempelajari teknologi yang digunakan sebagai based line programming di PT MGD
- Membuat program / fitur sesuai dengan permintaan user (Mobile/Web)
- Melakukan evaluasi program dan troubleshoot program
Requirements :

Job Description :

- Pendidikan minimal S1 jurusan IT/IS/ T. Industri/sejenisnya
- Fresh Graduate atau pernah mengikuti Bootcamp dipersilahkan untuk apply
- Familiar dengan penggunaan GIT, ReactJS, NodeJS, PostgreSQL, GraphQL
- Penempatan di Kawasan Industri Pulo Gadung, Jakarta Timur
11. Application Support
Job Description :
- Melakukan pengecekan harian dari setiap request yang masuk dari user melalui sistem Mostrans Koordinasi dengan developer untuk eksekusi Koordinasi dengan pihak operasional untuk menanyakan root cause permasalahan Mengusulkan perbaikan flow ke IT melalui DRF Memastikan inovasi support solved sampai ke UAT dan live production Mengusulkan dan mengimplementasikan inovasi teknis yang dapat meningkatkan performa aplikasi ke IT Lead Research existing problems/ hal yang bisa dikembangkan, menemukan solusi, eksekusi dan mengimplementasikannya
Requirements :
- Minimal S1 jurusan Teknik Informatika atau Sistem Informasi
- Minimal 1 tahun pengalaman sebagai Application Support, Fresh Graduation dipersilahkan apply
- Mampu mengoperasikan PostgreSQL, Oracle, PowerBI
12. Management System and Data Analyst
Job Description :
- Memastikan semua fungsi dan kesesuaian angka serta kebutuhan dalam system yang digunakan oleh user sudah benar – membuat laporan bulanan setiap departemen – menyiapkan data yang dibutuhkan dari user maupun management
Requirements :
- Pendidikan Minimal S1 jurusan teknik industri, matematika, akuntansi, manajemen, informatika
- Fresh Graduate dipersilahkan untuk apply
- Menguasai Excel dan Power Point, poin plus jika menguasai Tableau dan Oracle
