Establish, review, and manage contracts with key suppliers, including coal suppliers, fuel suppliers, spare-part vendors, and maintenance contractors. Monitor supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with technical specifications, and proactively resolve delivery, quality, and discrepancy issues. Collaborate closely with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Finance, and Warehouse departments to support safe and reliable plant operations while optimizing inventory levels.
