General Affair Officer
Minimun Requirement :
- Barchelor degree in any field, Social, Law or Economic is advantageous
- Good communication skill in English and Indonesia both Spoken and Written is a must
- 3-years’ experience handling related permits/legal procedure for expatriate staff
- Good interpersonal and service mind
Main Role :
- Manage the procedure/legal permits for all expatriate
- Review and prepare all related documents before submission to related government institutions
- To advocate all expatriates regarding their documentation needs to ensure safe and legal working
- Recording and maintaining expatriate staff data regularly
- Ensure the visa agent in obtaining legality for expatriates (visas, working permit, stay permit, etc.)
- To establish, manage, and maintain well relationships with related institution
- Following any instruction and work that assigned
- To ensure the expatriates program is aligned with government policies and procedures
- Managing works that assigned by supervisor
