1. Young Flaggers Program – Marketing

What you will do:

We are hiring several interns for this function where you will be a part of our Brand Marketing Team. You will learn about the implementation of end to end marketing activities and directly involved in the respective projects

• Category Marketing: Assisting trade & category marketing activities
• Brand Communication: Masterbrand marketing communications focused, including campaign support in both ATL and BTL
• Project: Festive project preparation not only limited in new product development but also campaign and project management

What we ask:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Economic, Communication, Business Management, Business Administration, Science or Engineering
• Fresh Graduates or maximum 1 year of working experience
• Minimum GPA 3,3 out of 4,00
• Excellent analytical & logical thinking
• Self starter, fast learner & strong driven
• Digital Savvy & Excel in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English
• Passionate about marketing, brand management & digital

What you will do:

We are hiring several interns for this function where you will be a part of our Research & Development Team, a role that required high creativity & curiosity in developing new ideas, products and innovation

• Development Experiments: Set up, plan, execute and analyses experiments, and report results into account possible risk, in line with test set up and strategy of the R&D and/business department.
• Upscaling: Upscale and implement new product application in operational environment, according to all applicable guidelines
• Product Innovation: Identify new commercial product inside and outside own organization, generate new opportunities, based on insights and creativity, share these with professionals, translate these into opportunities for own area/domain and create new product innovations, in cooperation with others and in line with business requirements
• Value Engineering: assess, improve and refine existing product application

• Assisting Career Journey Project in Marketing, Customer Supply Chain and Operations Department

What you will do:

We are hiring an intern for this function where you will be a part of our Sales Capability & Development Team. You will learn about the back-end part of sales organization and involved in various projects related into sales development

• Review the way of working of the project
• Capture the possibility that can be found to improve the implementation of project
• Design and set-up a Dashboard model that can be effective for monitoring project
• Accountable in implementation dashboard to sales team area
• Connect with sales team area to support monitoring
• Control and monitoring the implementation of dashboard usage
• Supervise the implementation by having regular discuss to prevent misleading
• Assist and review the implementation with stakeholders/ HO team

What you will do:

We are hiring an intern for this function where you will be a part of our Operations Team. You will learn various strategy in managing a sustainable continuous improvement along with the impact into employee’s development

• Perform capability assessments across the Supply Chain (Make) Organization
• Facilitate onboarding program for new employees
• Trace and Monitor personal development progress with support from expert
• Control the capability building repository

What we ask:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Industrial, Chemical) or Food Technology/Food Science
• Fresh Graduates or maximum 1 year of working experience
