Kualifikasi:

• Have a minimum SMK & D3 of Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Have a minimum 2 years at the same position
• Good understanding and ability about MEPS, have an ability of AC is a plus
• Good ability on Ms. Office, Autocad, and Sketchup
• Good understanding on civil and MEPS, also an ability to establishing Technical Drawing
• Detail oriented, fast-learner, and team player
• Willing to work based in Bandung
• Willing to work based on project hours
• Willing to travel with the frequency of stay

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Liaise with Construction Management Officer, MEP AC Coordinator, Construction Coordinator to ensure Construction issues solved properly and immediately.
• Monitor, Update, Manage Project to ensure Construction running smoothly and as scheduled.
• Monitor & Review Cost of Construction according to Project Budget.
• Liaise with QC Coordinator to ensure Construction delivered defect free.
• Liaise with Procurement Team to manage procurement materials for Construction fulfilled and delivered on site as required.
• Manage deployment of Executor Team on field (Field Supervisor & Field worksman).
