Saat ini PT Kideco Jaya Agung membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi sebagai berikut:

1. Predictive Maintenance Supervisor (Heavy Equipment Monitoring Dept)

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for all the condition based monitoring activities
• Analysis condition monitoring data, Schedule predictive repair process, troubleshoot all equipment
• Responsible for RCA (Root cause analysis) participation by providing relevant vibration and oil analysis history to support root cause analysis efforts

Requrements :

• Bachelor degree in Engineering (Mechanical,Mining, industrial)
• At least 5 years handling fleet management system
• Familiar with Root Cause analysis
• Familiar with unit Manufacture Ceterpillar, Komatsu, Hyundai and Daewoo
• Experience in a procedure (SOP,WI, manual Book,Part Book)
• Advance in Microsoft Office
• Willing to be located in Paser mine site, East Kalimantan

2. Inspection Supervisor ( Heavy Equipment Monitoring)

Responsibilities :

• Create inspection schedule
• Create Inspection report
• Ensure maintenance quality
• Conduct fail analysis
• Perform mechine testing and adjusting
• Perform process diagnostic machine

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• At least 5 years handling conition best monitoring Heavy Equipment & Support Equipment
• Familar with unit manufacture ceterpillar,Komatsu,Hyundai and Daewoo
• Having BMC Certificate
• Having minimum POP Certificate
• Experience in Procedure (SOP,WI,manual Book part Book,Etc)
• Advance in Microsoft Office
• Willing to be located in Paser mine site, East kalimantan

3. Planning Supervisor (Heavy Equipment Monitoring)

Responsibilities :

• Create short and long term pianning for maintenance Heavy Eguipment & Support Eguipment
• Create annual budget estimation for maintenance
• Controlling sparepart consumption
• Perform LCC analysis
• Perform effectively analysis of planning

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree in Engineering
• At Least years in Heavy Equipment planning & support Equipment Planning
• Familiar with unit manufacture caterpillar, komatsu, Hyundai and Daewoo
• Having POP certificate
• Having minimum POPCertificate
• Familiar with SAP PM Module
• Experinece in Procedure (SOP,WI,manual Book part Book,Etc)
• Advance in Microsoft Office
• Willing to be located in Paser mine site, East kalimantan

4. Mechanic Trainer (Mechanic Development)

Responsibilities :

• Create Training technical & Operation Sylabus
• Create Training schedule
• Create Training Need Analysis
• Setup matrix competency
• Prepare material training

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• At least years in Learning Center
• Familiar with unit manufacture planning
• Familiar with unit manufacture Caterpillar, Komatsu, Hyundai and Daewoo e Having TOT certificate
• Familiar with engineering tool and safety standard compliance e Advance in Microsoft Office
• Willing to be placed in Paser mine site, East Kalimantan

5. Dispatch Supervisor (Heavy Equipment Monitoring)

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for all the condition based monitoring activities
