Kualifikasi:

University qualifications in science and/or engineer in related fields is preferred
Demonstrated successful track record of at least 1 years industrial sales, preferably including inkjet coders and consumable product
Proficiency in written and spoken English, and computer literacy minimum Ms Word, Excel, Powerpoint and outlook/windows mail
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal Bahasa & English) with experience working on teams from multiple locations
Have sim A and C
Ability to work under pressure and over hours (target oriented)
Highly motivated and a self-starter
Able to work independently (remote office)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Develop and maintain territory sales and marketing strategic plan
Achieve realistic sales targets as assigned by department manager
Carry our sales development activities including identification of prospect, cold calls, introductions, follow up, needs identification, offering solutions, negotiating close, closing new business
Conduct site visits to prospects and clients including technical surveys and sales presentations
Conduct negotiations on new and existing client contracts
Assist with promotional sales seminars and trade displays when required
Develop and maintain client relationships with existing clients including service program to ensure the accounts are profitable and lost to competitor.
Establish and implement service programs for clients based on company policy and product provided
Maintain internal reporting as required by direct department manager
Provide professional verbal and written correspondence to clients and business colleagues
Visit customer at frequency established with each client
Verify correct operation of coder machines and ensure customer expectation are met
Perform scheduled maintenance as per manufacturer’s recommendation
Order, deliver and install spare parts to maintain machine operation
