1. HR Recruitment
Job Descriptions :
- Manage full cycle recruitment for a host of assigned searches
- Source,screen,schedule,conduct interviews and proces all prospective candidates
- Conduct sxreening interviews
- Actively source candidates for open positions/roles using all possible recruitment methods- web portals,
- postings, social network, data bases, referrals and contacts
Requirements :
- Minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting exerience
- Extensive sourcing experience using social network, research and personal network
- Fluency in English
- Manage Expectations with the hiring managers
- Adept at communicating effectively across all levels
- Capable of working successfully within a team as well as independently
- Pro active and hand on attitude to work
- Experience in agency or creative industry will be point plus
- Having interest in Esport industr will be plus point
2. HR Regional
Job Descriptions :
- Recruitment of HR team in each country (Expansion)
- On Boarding regional employee
- Sysytem implementation (Ranking System)
- Responsible for annual adjustments.push rank program
- Payroll
- Data analysis
Requirements :
- 4-5 years experinece of HRBP or HR generalist with exoerince in multinational compan
- Bachelor or master degree from Psychology Industry, Human Resources Management, Or Businees Management
- Solid human resource or busines management knowledge
- Great business acumen and people sensitivity with strong problem – solving and analytical skills
- Fluent in english is a must
- Passionate and having knowledge about games ecosystem is a must
