Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

• 3 – 5+ years of experience in Operations Management, Business Operations, Project Operations, or a similar leadership role, preferably within a startup, digital agency, or technology company.
• Proven ability to build, improve, and scale operational processes, workflows, SOPs, and internal systems while ensuring efficient day-to-day execution.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, managing operational priorities, and driving projects to successful completion in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate directly with founders or senior leadership to support business growth, strategic initiatives, and organizational development.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of business operations, process optimization, workflow management, KPI tracking, and operational reporting.
• Experience with project management, CRM, documentation, and collaboration platforms (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Zoho, Notion, Google Workspace, Slack, or similar tools).
• Ability to analyze operational data, prepare reports, identify performance trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to quickly learn and adopt new software, tools, and technologies as business needs evolve.

Professional Skills

• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across remote, cross-functional teams.
