Ensure adequate availability of coal, fuels, materials, and spare parts during plant start-up, shutdown, and emergency situations to minimize operational disruption risks. Organize and conduct sourcing activities, including RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs, perform technical and commercial evaluations, and recommend qualified suppliers. Establish, review, and manage contracts with key suppliers, including coal suppliers, fuel suppliers, spare-part vendors, and maintenance contractors. Monitor supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with technical specifications, and proactively resolve delivery, quality, and discrepancy issues.
