1. Customer Experience Specialist – Bibit
Responsibilities :
- Help to explain to users about iproposed financial plans, explaining advantages and risks, alleviating concerns and answering questions
- Update job knowledge by tracking investment markets, general economic conditions, and new financial products
- Recommend investment products and services that are suitable for customers based on their objectives, resources, risk profile, and preferences
- Liaise with providers, solicitors, values and other professionals
Requirements :
- Having knowledge in Capital Market (Mutual Funds, Stocks, and SBN) and Bibit user
- Bachelor degree in Economics, Business Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Demonstrated in the understanding of current investment products
- Able to educate Live Chat member about Bibit product
- Having knowledge about online investment scam/fraud
- Excellent written, listen, and verbal communication skills
- Able to type quickly with fewer mistakes
- Able to work independently as well as function as part of a team
- Possess a commitment to professionalism, honesty, and a strong work ethic
- Genuinely care with the users and eager to assist
- Ready to work in shifts

2. Product Quality Manager
Job Description :
- Work closely with and support app performance team in testing, monitoring and reporting app performance issues
- Collaborate with product manager, engineer & QA analyst teams to maintain high quality product before and after release
- Strategically design a scalable practice to improve the quality product by creating better workflow and adopting new technology
- Empower the QA analysts team to organized an efficient, proactive and successful test engineering culture within the organization
- Investigate anomaly and recurring irregular issues and drive a practical solution
- Collaborate with Customer Experience team to have clear understanding of user’s feedback on app quality and performance
- Monitor and analyze the weekly Customer Experience cycle report and identify and report potential issues that need to be investigated
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in computer science with minimum 2 years of working experience in leading software development and testing team
- Establish full spectrum of end to end testing, processes & culture
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Able to prioritize and allocated resources internally and externally
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communicator who can articulate information in a simple, logical and impactful manner
- Understanding of different type of app performance and monitoring tools
- Detail oriented and driven with a “can-do” attitude
- Good communication in English
- Great team player and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Experience in creating mobile/web automation
- Knowledge in automated testing framework (e.g. Selenium, Appium, Java, Cucumber)
- Knowledge in Java, Python, SQL, C++ and XML is a plus
