Customer Care Staff
Main Job Description :
- Managing walk-in customers
- Managing incoming phone calls and online customers through digital platforms
- Comprehend product knowledge and promotion information
- Providing accurate and valid product information to customers
- Processing orders and transactions
- Keep records of customer interactions, and analyzing feedback from customers
- Maintain the cleanliness of showroom area
Requirements :
- Minimum D3 degree from reputable university
- Fresh graduates or maximum 2 years of experience as Customer Care/Customer Service
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service oriented, with pleasant attitude
- Good administration and computer literacy skills
- Willingness to work on weekends
- Work location: Our showroom at Alam Sutera area
