1. Administration Staff
Requirements :
- Candidate must own at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree from all majors with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.0)
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Willing to be placed at Sumatera and West Kalimantan
- Willing to work in shift
2. Assistant Product Manager
Requirements :
- Candidate must own at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Management
- Communication, or related major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on scale of 4.0)
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the related field
- Experience or internship within marketing or brand is a must
- Knowledge of product, pricing, packaging, distribution, and positioning is a plus
3. Organization & Talent Management Staff
Requirements :
- Candidate must own at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on scale of 4.0)
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel, Job Analysis. Matrix Competency, TNA, 9 box Talent Management, KPI, Talent Mapping
- Willing to be placed in Karawang
4. Personnel Administration Staff
Requirements :
- Candidate must own at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.0)
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the related field
- Good knowledge in handle BPJS Kesehatan, Ketenagakerjaan and Insurance registration
- Willing to be placed in Karawang
5. Recruitment Staff
Requirements :
- Candidate must own at least Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or other related major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on scale of 4.0)
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the related field, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good knowledge in Ms Excel and job platform in Indonesia
- Willing to be placed at Karawang
6. Payroll Staff
Requirements :
- Candidate must own at least Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or other related major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on scale of 4.0)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Payroll Staff in company with number of employees >500
- Willing to be placed at Karawang
