Lowongan Kerja PT Sinergi Rezeki Ananta
Posisi: UX Designer (Code: UXDSRA)
Lokasi: Banten
Job Description:
- Creating a highly usable yet elegant design for the web
- Collaborating with product managers and engineers to create solutions considering user needs and technical challenges
- Iteratively improving user interfaces based on data and user tests
- Utilize quantitative and qualitative research to generate meaningful insights that will drive creative concepts
- Prepare prototypes of site/features, storyboards, wireframes, and user flows for internal review and brainstorming
- Develop an understanding of the end-users of the web or mobile application through research (user interviews, traffic data, etc)
- Capable of generating user personas and user scenarios
- Deliver design result to developers and control the development process together
- Conduct every user research and testing
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience, minimum 1 year of experience as a UX designer
- Knowledgeable of UX research methodologies
- Understand the concept of Design Thinking
- Experienced on conducting UX research, and visualize the result in the form of personas, wireframes and user journeys
- Experienced on creating clickable prototype using Marvelapp, Invision, Zeplin or similar tools
- Experienced and familiar with a wide range of creative applications(Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD, InDesign, etc)
- Able to create the animated interaction using Principle is a plus
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Understand areas of user experience design (information architecture, interaction design, visual design, market research, prototype engineering, content, user experience)
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to communicate ideas through sketches and wireframes
- Motivated, dynamic, creative and results-oriented
- A high degree of empathy and problem-solving ability
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
