Kualifikasi:
- Willingness to learn and to work hands-on
- Passionate about renewable energy and solid knowledge of solar PV
- Background in engineering (ideally electrical) and familiarity with PV-related standards and best practices
- Strong quality perception and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, while being a good team player
- 1-3 years of work experience and at least one electrical engineering project completed
- Mastery in AutoCAD and SketchUp, well-versed in PVSyst
- Able to join within a month
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Design high-quality commercial and industrial (C&I) rooftop PV systems according to client’s needs
- Lead site visits and interact with clients
- Give technical presentations to internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and knowledge management
- Work with suppliers to prepare quotations
- Manage the logistics of PV installation and subcontractors
- Be on site to supervise and train electricians and installers
- Continuously learn to be better at getting the job done
