Lowongan Kerja SM Entertainment Indonesia

1. Multimedia Specialist

Responsibilities :

• Conceptualize and craft multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and animations, to enhance our marketing and communication initiatives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for marketing purposes.
• Ensure multimedia content meets company standards for quality and brand consistency.
• Demonstrate strong self-management skills to ensure multimedia projects are completed within tight deadlines.
• Maintain proper storage, backup, archival procedures, including non-disclosure measures, for all multimedia asset.

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of relevant work experience in video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects)
• An eye of good taste and up to date with the latest creative trends
• Able to operate DSLR camera
• Fluent in English, Korean proficiency is a plus
• Able to do full WFO at Sudirman, South Jakarta

2. Digital Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities :

• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential influencers and content creators who resonate with our brand values, target audience, and marketing objectives.
• Establish and nurture connections with media outlets to enhance brand visibility and coverage.
• Stay abreast of social media trends and industry news to seize opportunities for innovation and optimization.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and implement integrated marketing communication plans aligned with company objectives and audience preferences.
• Work closely with the creative team to produce visually compelling and impactful marketing collateral, including graphics, videos, and multimedia content.

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree from any major with 2 years of relevant work experience
• Able to develop digital marketing plan and monitor social media trends and industry
• Strong communication skills to negotiate with media and KOLs
• Understanding and knowledge of Korean Entertainment
• Fluent in English, Korean proficiency is a plus
• Able to do full WFO at Sudirman, South Jakarta

3. Sales Marketing

Responsibilities :

• Analyze consumer behavior, market insight, field situation, and market trends in Indonesia
• Create regular monitoring reports of conducted collaborations
• Build and maintain a close relationship with clients
• Provide advice to clients based on valid data analytics results
• Effectively communicate the progress and ability to synthesize feedback as well as adjust plans accordingly and ensure goals are achieved

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree from any major with 3 years of relevant work experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development in B2B industry
• Having a broad connection and being able to bridge, build, and maintain a good relationship with key partners
• Strong business sense and have a good understanding of the markets, customers, and competitors
• Understanding and knowledge of Korean Entertainment
• Fluent in English Korean proficiency is a plus
• Able to do full WFO at Sudirman, South Jakarta
