1. Fire and Emergency Services (FES) Specialist (Work Location Sorowako)

• The FES Specialist at PT Vale Indonesia (PTVI) plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and risk mitigation of our operations, particularly focusing on process safety. By aligning with international and national standards, developing strategies for emergency response, and collaborating across various sectors, the specialist works to protect both PTVI operations and the communities where we operate. This role emphasizes preparedness, responsiveness, legal compliance, and coordination to achieve a cohesive emergency management system.

Requirements :

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering, safety engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 8 years of related working experience (process safety experience is recommended)
• An experienced facilitator of qualitative and quantitative risk assessments (e.g., What-If, HAZOP, FMEA, SIL, BowTie, etc.) is recommended
• Have excellence knowledge about Emergency Response and Process Safety Management
• Familiarity with NFPA, BNPB, Process Safety and other relevant standards
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
• Experience in risk management, legal compliance, and collaboration with various stakeholders

2. HSE Project Specialist (Work location Sorowako)

• Plan, coordinate, provide expertise and evaluate the development and implementation of overall Health and Safety aspect, such as Management System, Government standard and instruction, that are divided into: Health and Safety standard and management, with references to PT Vale HS and Operation Risk Standard and Guidelines, and legal requirements to ensure alignment and compliance with PT Vale Policy, and HS & Operation Risk Standard and procedures and government regulations on Health and Safety, and Mine Safety Management system (SMKP)

Requirements :

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferable in Occupational Health and Safety
• Have Specify Certification: Mandatory POM, Preferable Senior Operational Manager (POU) of Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, General Health and Safety Specialist (Ahli Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Umum – AK3 Umum), SMK3 and SMKP – internal auditor
• Minimum 8 years working experience in Safety

3. Senior Coordinator EHS Improvement (Work location Sorowako)

• To support the area manager to achieve their EHS accountabilities based on PT. Vale Indonesia, Tbk requirement and government regulations. Ensure that Departmental employees have access to and adequate understanding of all relevant elements of the EHS MS.

Requirements :

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering and science
• Minimum 5 year’s working experience in operational safety and related field
• Mandatory certified Pengawas Operational Madya (POM) by ESDM
• Certified OSHAS 18001 & ISO 14001 Auditor, SMKP (preferred)
• Certified Ahli K3 Umum (preferred)

4. Project Engineer of Watershed Reclamation and Rehabilitation (Work location Makassar)

• Develop and formulate a technical planting design and watershed rehabilitation scope of work tender document to ensure that the technical planting plan, growth of local and multi-purpose tree species planted would be successful in accordance with government requirements (Ministry of Environment and Forestry)

Requirements :

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in agriculture or forestry with 5 years of agriculture/ forestry experiences specific in watershed rehabilitation management
• Forest Reclamation and Rehabilitation Technique training/ certification is preferred
• Understand project management skills for developing and implementing
• Understanding of dendrology, tree planting technique, fertilizing and maintenance technique
• Understanding of costs and capital preparation
• Good report writing skills
• Computer Software – MS. Office and ArcGIS Software
• Possess good leadership and communication skills

5. Senior Financial Analyst (Work Location Sorowako)

• To support Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis in cost optimization, cost efficiency, budgeting and forecasting process, reporting and to provide department cost performance. To conduct month-end closing process. To provide comprehensive analysis of any financial and cost impact and provide required information to Finance and Control department and stakeholders.

Requirements :

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting with 5 years working experience in accounting/financial process
• Attention to detail and the ability to work logically, consistently, and accurately
• Excellent numeracy skills combined with a comprehensive analytical skill
• Good knowledge of business and production processes
• Good working knowledge of accounting information, while keeping up to date with changing financial rules and regulations
• Excellent in data analysis, spreadsheet, and modelling skills
• Advanced presentation skill

General Requirements for all position :

• Fluent in bahasa and english, both writing and speaking
• Computer skills
