1. Lead Onshore Engineer

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

• Lead all onshore activities from engineering design until EPCI stages.
• Responsible to generate onshore contracting strategy, developing scope of work for all onshore contracts and execution plan for stage of project.
• Lead onshore project team to meet all project KPIs such as safety performance, project cost, schedule and quality requirement.
• Directly manage all onshore contractors to deliver project as per target.
• Ensure all stages of project result from design until construction meet regulation, industry standards, codes, and best engineering practices.

Qualifications include but are not limited to the following :

• Bachelors degree in engineering (preferably in Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering) major from a recognized and fully accredited university or masters degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Having minimum 20 years experience in offshore oil and gas projects, particularly in onshore engineering roles supporting offshore development and downstream activities.
• Having a minimum of 5-7 years experience in leading engineering teams for large scale offshore or deep-water projects.
• Having experience in managing engineering aspects of onshore facilities, including oil and gas processing, storage and transportation/ pipeline systems.
• Prior involvement in the entire project lifecycle project from design, site construction, operation and decommissioning, is highly valued.
• Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams across various engineering disciplines (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Construction, etc.) is essential.

2. Surveyor Specialist (Survey CSR)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

• Provide technical and managerial expertise in Geophysical, Geotechnical and Metocean site investigation survey which cover deepwater, escarpment, shallow water and shore approach area.
• Evaluate survey tender packages.
• Lead preparation of survey planning and mobilization.
• Act as Company representative on-board survey vessel (back-to-back basis).
• Perform day-to-day monitoring during offshore survey campaign including providing field technical expertise.
• Ensure demobilization activities are properly managed to full completion.
• Report to South Andaman project team to ensure alignment with overall field development.

Qualifications include but are not limited to the following :

• Bachelors degree in relevant engineering major from a recognized and fully accredited university
• General offshore survey positioning, offshore geophysical survey
• Familiar with survey permit in Indonesia
• Familiar with deepwater survey equipment
• Having minimum ten (10) years experience in offshore oil and gas facility survey
• Having minimum two (2) completed deepwater geophysical and geotechnical survey
• Having experience as client representative for offshore survey campaign
• Offshore field geophysical survey, specifically in deepwater
• Offshore field geotechnical survey
• Ability to manage the work from the planning, execution and completion phase

3. Fresh Graduate Program 2025 – Supply Chain Management (Balikpapan)

• Mubadala Energy Fresh Graduate Program is an internship program with excellent ways to gain exposure and working experience in an international Oil and Gas Company, as well as an opportunity to develop knowledge, skills and competencies. The program will start in the beginning of 2025 up to 31 December 2025.

Responsibilities include but not limited :

• Support Material Management process and activities in the oil and gas industry in Indonesia
• Support Warehouse, inventory and logistics activities
• Support supply chain management practice in the working field.
• Contributes to the Supply Chain department on processes, products, and services.
• Involve and support in SCM project as necessary

Qualifications :

• Hold Diploma (D3) degree, preferably in Management, Industrial Engineering, or IT
• Minimum GPA (Grade Point Average) is 3.00 out of 4.00
• Fresh graduate, 0 – <1 year of experience
• Attention to details, analytical thinking, accuracy, and willing to learn
• Able to work in a team and independently
• Knowledge of data analysis, and product and/or graphic design
• Good communication (written and spoken) in English and assertiveness.
• Able to operate Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and other database tools.
• Domicile in Balikpapan area

4. Instrument Technician

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

• Achieve the agreed instrumentation PM and CM target to ensure the achievement of safe and reliable operations.
• Maintain good coordination with peers and supervisors to ensure effective teamwork for field operations.
• Prepare for PM & CM report and hand over a report.
• Propose ideas to improve instrumentation safety and reliability to achieve the effectiveness of field operations.
• Provide support for daily instrument & system maintenance activities in coordination with other related disciplines.
• Demonstrate HSSE commitment in any activities starting from an initial plan until the completions, becoming a role model, and actively participate in any Company HSSE initiatives to satisfy the Company HSSE KPI/target.
• Compliance with Local Regulators and all Company HSSE Policy, Standards, Procedures, and Code of Conduct.

Qualifications include but are not limited to the following :

• Minimum Diploma’s degree (D3) majoring in Electrical Engineering or Physics Engineering
• Minimum 7 years working experience in Instrumentation. Having experience in offshore environment is advantageous.
• Experience in field instrumentation, PLCs, DCS, Fire & Gas, and ESD Systems, CMMS, turbine control systems and telecom systems.
• Familiar working with PFD, P&ID, and related technical drawings.
• Familiar with PTW System and Job Safety Analysis.
• Proactive, independent, and work well with others.
• Good in problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in the use of MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
• Effective communication skills in English (oral and written)

5. Senior Engineer, Naval Architect

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

• Supervision and provide technical advice to contractors in the area of naval architecture, floating system design, global performance evaluation, mooring and marine system design.
• Verify design integrity of work carried out by contractors from conceptual until execution stage to ensure the works are technically sound and meet operability and maintainability requirements.
• Responsible for project management activities to ensure quality, schedule and within budget of assigned project scope.
• Coordinate with contractors and other disciplined engineers within project team to ensure good alignment and interface amongst different work packages.
• Support Lead Engineer and PM to develop FPSO/ FPU contracting strategy, generate contract scope of work and tender process.

Qualifications include but are not limited to the following :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architect, Marine Engineering or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 20 years experience in oil & gas project with 15 years experience in floating system project as naval architect, naval engineer or hull engineer.
• Highly knowledge and self-direct experience in naval architecture, marine system engineering, global performance evaluation and mooring systems.
• Skillful project management which includes planning, contracting strategy, cost and schedule management, project risk and interface management and Regulatory permitting.
• Experience in supervision of FPSO/FSO marine system engineering design and construction work in shipyard.

6. Lead Engineer, Floating System & OPF

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :

• Develop plan and project definition of floating system which include topside facilities, hull and mooring system.
• Lead the team to build engineering design of topside facilities, hull and mooring system from conceptual up to execution phase.
• Develop floating system contracting strategy and generate contract scope of work.
• Execute and manage floating system contracts.
• Support PM or VP Project to build project execution plan including stage gate process submission and assurance plan.

Qualifications include but are not limited to the following :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Master degree is preferable.
• Minimum 25 year experiences in oil & gas project with 15 years experience in deepwater and 10 years as a lead engineer or manager of floating system.
• Highly knowledge and self-direct experience in floating system, hull and mooring system and topside engineering from conceptual stage, FEED up to EPCI execution
• Skillful project management which include planning, contracting strategy, cost and schedule management, project risk and interface management and Regulatory permitting.
• Experience in developing contract documents, carrying out tender process and managing contractors of shipyard, topside fabrication yard and floating system integration.
