- Must be fluent in English and Indonesian (writing, speaking, and listening).

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Designing and overseeing the company’s hiring.
- Managing sourcing and interviewing processes.
- Implementing new sourcing methods.
- Coordinating with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
- Participating in job fairs, career events, showcases, exhibitions & etc.
- Keeping track on the recruitment metrics.
- Maintaining and building relationships with college and universities.
- Arranging studio visits with colleges and universities.
- Updating and compiling Job Descriptions.
- Researching into competitors and market place.
- Identifying prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
