• At least 3 years of working experiences in related field
• Have good skills in negotiation and purchase management
• Understand how to make PO, Invoice, IN and Out Document and file it
• Honest, high loyalty and can work by target
• Good analytical and creative thinking
• Have a leadership and able to work in fast paced and dynamic situation
• Record incoming and outgoing goods
• Record purchases of goods, and ensure that the goods ordered are on time and appropriate
• Documenting invoices, purchase orders, work orders and invoices
• Make a report on the purchase of goods
• Control the availability of goods
• Willing to work in the field
