BOD Secretary
Job Descriptions :
- Conduct registration and archive all operational documents of the company
- Conduct and responsible of distribution corporate’s documents
- Arrange internal and external meetings
- Making outgoing letters, memos, and other letters which relating to the BoD or the operational’s activities
- Managing schedule BoD’s activities
- Managing BoD’s needs
- Conduct other relevant duties to the main job according to the supervisor’s instructions
Qualifications :
- Diploma or Bachelor degree any major preferably Diploma in Secretary
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Proven work experience as a secretary or similar role
- Ability to organize and plan own work
- Attention to detail with excellent to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Initiative, quick learner, proactive and absle to take initiative
- Assertive, resilient, and good attitude
- Good ini clerical and administrative support
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality
- Adaptable to changing working environments, workload, and job scope
