Kualifikasi:
- University degree from an accredited academic institution, preferably in Law, Social Studies, Community Development, International Relations with minimum 3 (three) years of relevant work experience in any of these fields; or
- Completed High School degree from an accredited academic institution, with at least 5 (five) years of relevant professional work experience.
- Indonesian National with good knowledge of, and experience in project implementation and operations.
- Progressive experience in the same position or working with Capacity Building project.
- Experience working in humanitarian organizations or foreign funded organization is preferable.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Office.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and work effectively in a team.
- Strong coordination and liaison skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Under the direct supervision of the National Program Officer (NPO) and the overall supervision of the Project Manager, the incumbent will provide technical and administrative support for the implementation of counter trafficking project funded by by Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) of the U.S Department of States.
- Under the direct supervision of the NPO, assist with the day-to-day operational coordination and implementation of the above-mentioned project components in accordance with the contractual terms of the projects.
- Under the supervision of and in coordination with the NPO, the incumbent will perform the additional cross-cutting project implementation tasks
- Assist to liaise and coordinate with national counterparts, provincial and local authorities, and relevant other non-state actors to support program objectives.
- Ensure that all administrative and logistics arrangements for all project activities are carried out efficiently and effectively and that requests for payment due to service providers and local suppliers are accurate and necessary.
- Undertake monitoring of on-going activities and prepare monitoring reports.
- Provide victim assistance in coordination with case management section within CTLM unit to ensure direct assistance is provided timely and coordinated.
- Provide input to the NPO to implement the project components and inputs to the progress narrative reports and any other reports and information materials as requested by the NPO.
- Assist to undertake representational duties in project-related functions (workshops, seminars, coordination meetings, etc.) as required and prepare the draft minutes of any meetings or event attended.
- Undertake in-country duty travel related to project implementation, monitoring, assessment and problem-solving in close supervision and guidance of NPO, as requested.
- Provide any other clerical assistance (drafting letters of correspondence, etc.) as necessary.
- Provide translation and interpretation services as required
- Perform such other duties as may be assigned.
