• II. Position Overview
• We are seeking a highly analytical and performance-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) platforms.
• This role is instrumental in driving qualified leads, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through strategic planning, hands-on execution, and continuous performance optimization.
• III. Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads platforms.
• Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitive benchmarking to enhance campaign performance.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rate.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop and test high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
• Allocate and manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI and scale winning campaigns.
• Implement and maintain accurate tracking systems using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking tools.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, providing actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging performance marketing best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align paid media strategies with overall marketing and business objectives.
