Kualifikasi:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Currently studying toward Computer Science Degree is preferable
Strong written English communication skills
Demonstrated proficiency in typing and grammar
Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Multi-tasking capabilities
Strong attention to detail
Deliver service and support to end-users, via live chat, phone, and helpdesk
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests
Gather customer information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms
Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues

Follow standard processes and procedures
Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications to Senior CSEs
Liaise and inform the Australian CSE team of any relevant client updates or changes that may affect systems
Other tasks as directed
