Management Trainee Batch 15
- This program prepares fresh graduate for leadership positions across many levels in Mandiri Tunas Finance. By joining the program, you will be trained professionals and leaders in various aspects. The program starts off with intensive in-class education followed by on-the-job training and rotation across different parts of the company.
Requirements :
- Local/International graduates (S1) and postgraduates (S2) from any fields of studies
- Grade Point Average 3.00
- Maximum age for selection: 25 years old
- Strong written and spoken in English
- Good communication skills
- Actively involved in Campus and/or External Organizations
- Willing to remain unmaried throughout progam
- Willing to be located all over Indonesia
