LEADERS
1. SUPERVISOR, FINANCE, ACCOUNTING, & TAX
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, and tax field preferably in beauty, retail industry, or experienced working in start up industry
- Prior experience working at Big 4 is a plus point
- Have a deep understanding and experience related to finance, accounting, & tax
- Update with the newest PSAK and taxes regulation
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment / fast-growing company
- Detail-oriented, good team player, and able to work under pressure
- Strong in leadership, high integrity, and a problem solver
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
What You Will Do :
- Supervise the preparation of daily, monthly, and annual Financial and Tax reports, also ensure all reports are timely submitted
- Review the GL reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of all transaction recorded in accounting system
- Supervise the execution of Standard Operational Procedures (SOP)
- Ensure all transactions are properly recorded based on applied accounting standard
- Supervise and give coaching to team
2. MANAGER, FINANCE & ACCOUNTING
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 4 – 5 years working experiences in Finance and Accounting, preferably in beauty, retail, or start-up
- Prior experience working at Big 4 is a plus
- Detail oriented, good team player, and able to work under pressure
- Able to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, also high-growth environment
- High integrity and a problem solver
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
What You Will Do :
- Monitor day-to-day financial operations within the company
- Manage the preparation of daily, monthly, and annual financial report
- Ensure all reports are timely submitted
- Monitor the compliance of applicable accounting regulations
- Develop and executes Standard Operational Procedure (SOP)
- Financial statement, analysis, and advise to management level related to company’s financial conditions
- Manage Finance & Accounting Team
3. ASSOCIATED MANAGER, ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with minimum of 4 years working experiences as a Account Receivables
- Preferably have experience to handling both of B2B (Modern Trade & General Trade) and E-Commerce AR
- Strong in technical accounting and deep understanding of Accruals concept
- Prior experience working at big4 is a plus
- Close attention to details, self-starter, and excellent analytical skills
- Able to adapt with fast paced environment
- Able to perform AR reconciliation, deep dive analysis, finding root cause, and problem solving
What You Will Do :
- Daily monitor Account Receivable transactions for all revenue streams such as E-Commerce, Sales Online, and Sales Offline transactions
- Review, analyze, and manage all AR settlement/advance payment reconciliations
- Responsible for revenue accruals calculations
- Develop and improve Standard Operational Procedure (SOP)
- Ensure all AR transactions are properly recorded based on applied accounting standard
- Solve any issues related to AR balance, billing, collection, and monthly end-closing, Manage team members on collection activities including ensure it executed accordingly and align with the policy
- Responsible to manage and develop AR team
