Kualifikasi:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- Excellent skills in user IT infrastructure – Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Handhelds, etc.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Windows 10, Micorsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams), SCCM, Bitlocker-TPM, and other authorized desktop applications.
- Understand Android and iOS mobile applications
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent.
- Project experiences 1-2 years.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Able to work in a team and independently as well.
- Good communication skills.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Provide first/second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
- Work with Third Party Vendors to remediate complex AV issues as needed.
- Provide timely communication on issue status and resolution.
- Maintain ticket updates (Service Now) for all reported incidents.
- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshooting Windows 10, Micorsoft Office 365, SCCM, Bitlocker-TPM, Cisco Jabber, other authorized desktop application.
- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware.
- Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers.
- Performs remedial repairs on Desktops, laptops, printers and any other authorized peripheral equipment.
- Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity, and workstation hardware/software.
- Broad experience of IT with basic understanding of Networks, Servers, Audio/Visual, Smart Devices and Telecoms.
- This position requires the ability to work in a project-based environment requiring flexibility and teamwork. Performs other duties as assigned
