- 1. Partnership Staff (Jakarta Office)
Job Descriptions :
- Providing support for clients by learning about and satisfying their needs
- Maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
- Develops customer and product focused presentation packages for customers
Forecast, Measure and report the results of various projects with partners - Coordination with other stakeholders to make sure Integration run smoothly and according to timeline
- Analyzing seller’s progress, activities, sales performances and category initiatives to drive transaction numbers and revenue
- Identifying product assortment and stock availability of Sellers in warehouse
- To negotiate, prioritize and gain best result/outcome for partnership while managing win win solution for all parties
Qualifications :
- Male/Female, maximum age 30 years old
- Candidate must posses at least Bachelor Degree (S1) in any field is required with a minimum GPA of 3,00
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience
- Fresh graduate welcome to apply
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Visionary, self-motivated, and passionate on exceeding set goals
- Willing to work extra hours if needed
2. Team Leader Batam
Requirements :
- Minimum S1 all majors with minimum GPA
- Maximum age 27 years old
- Desire to develop a career in the shipping/logistics industry
- Analytical and data driven
- Problem solver with strong system thinking skills
- Creative and critical thinker with open mind and fast learning
- Strong leadership and driven to achieve goals and deliver results
- Effective teammates with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
