1. HSE Officer
Job Responsibilities :
- Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Monitor and enforce safety procedures and protocols across all operational activities.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate identified risks.
- Conduct safety inductions for new hires and ensure that all employees understand their safety responsibilities.
- Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Prepare detailed investigation reports and recommend improvements to prevent future incidents.
- Develop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures.
- Conduct regular drills and training exercises to ensure preparedness for emergencies.
- Promote and support initiatives aimed at improving workplace health and safety.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in [specific industry].
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, safety management systems, and industry best practices.
- Experience in conducting safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.

- Maintain and update HSE records and databases, including safety inspections, incident reports, and training records.
- Prepare and process HSE reports, including accident investigations, safety audits, and compliance status reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of HSE activities and maintain organized filing systems.
- Monitor compliance with HSE regulations and company policies, and assist in the preparation for audits and inspections.
- Ensure that all safety and compliance-related documentation is properly filed and readily accessible.
- Support the HSE team in managing and investigating workplace incidents and accidents.
- Assist in the preparation of incident reports and follow-up on corrective actions as needed.
- Input and update HSE data into relevant systems and databases.
- Assist in analyzing HSE data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an HSE or safety-related role.
- Familiarity with HSE regulations and safety management practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HSE management software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
