Kualifikasi:

- English and Laos language skills at high level of proficiency (written and spoken)
- Prior experience in HR Administration role (essential)
- Prior experience with a natural resources or international company (preferable)
- Always behave in a manner consistent with Valentis corporate behaviors and standards
- Strong commitment to safety, ethical behavior and an understanding of risk management
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 6-years working experience
- English and Indo language skills at high level of proficiency (written and spoken)
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Ensure compliance with Indonesia labour laws and regulations.
- Assist to prepare employment contracts and maintain employee records.
- Work with Management and HR team to assist with resourcing requirements for Indonesia.
- Assist on employees` onboarding process (new starters), current employees records, employee issues / disputes and termination procedures.
- Establish basic administrative and office management procedures, supported by Myanmar head office.
- Manage systems for electronic and non-electronic document filing and record keeping for Indonesia.
