Posisi: Finance Manager (Location: Bintan, Kepulauan Riau)
Lokasi: Bintan, Kepulauan Riau

Kualifikasi:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, accredited Indonesian CPA will be a plus
- Have Brevet A & B Tax Certificate
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Have strong ability to speak, read and write in English
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel
- Have knowledge in XERO and People Soft, will be a plus
- Hands on, detail oriented, and meticulous at work
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Able to deal with clients for finance issues with positive results and improvements
Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Be able to keep full set of accounts
- Handle Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables and General Ledger
- Handle monthly and yearly Bookeeping
- Prepare and maintain monthly reporting (P&L, consolidated account, ledger, balance sheet, trial balance, budget vs actual variance analysis)
- Register Fixed Assets
- Reconcile Fixed Assets
- Handle bank reconciliation
- Review manual journal entries
- Manage petty cash (including petty cash payments to part time workers)
- Review monthly Statement of Account (SOA)
- Review expense claims
- Review and process payroll
- Review and submit monthly cash reconciliation and cash calls
- Maintain multiple bank accounts
- Track the spending of the projects (CAPEX and Operations / Projects)
- Review weekly Forecast Reports
- Review Balance Sheet schedules
- Review Financial Statements for yearly audit
- Liaise with Tax Agents, External Auditors
- Handle filling and keeping of all electronic and manual data in line with Indonesian Law
