Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or above
- 5 years’ experience in e-commerce; direct experience in relevant categories preferred –

- Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and problem-solving skill
- Strong connections with brands and big sellers are preferred
- A good team player, fast learner, and open to changes
- Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint

2. Posisi : Category Management,Fashion
- Map category and sub categories landscape, and define priority on which segment to be developed in collaboration with merchant and merchandise strategy team
- Define a go-to market strategy for a category/sub-category
- Plan, execute and maintain category performance (from acquisition to incubation and development)
- Build a robust team, and manage collaborative and goal-oriented team culture
- Work with Key Account service team and external service vendors to develop key accounts, and work with Seller Development and Growth team to build clear roadmap to manage long-tail sellers
- Come up with initiatives to continuously improve competitiveness advantage
Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or above
- 6+ years experience in relevant categories, with strong networking to brands and big merchants; social media savvy
- Good interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical skills
- Well connected to big players within the industry
- Collaborative and open to changes and challenges
- English proficiency is a must

3. Posisi : Campaign Policy Lead, Fashion
- According to the characteristics of the fashion industry and business growth goal, in-depth analysis of the current situation and GMV growth drivers of sellers, and formulate incentive programs to unlock the growth potential of sellers
- Leading the implementation and execution of seller policy in the fashion industry, and be responsible for the effect of the policy;
- Understand the different needs from different segments of sellers, develop proper way for seller segmentation, and design dedicated policy for different groups of sellers;
- Manage and control policy expense resources, design reasonable expense delivery strategy, and be responsible for policy RO
- Collaborate with cross-departmental colleagues e.g. regional strategy, merchant operations, and product operations to align information and integrate resources to achieve goals
Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or above
- Proficient in English and Indonesian language
- 5 years+ of work experience in seller policy (e.g. seller incentive program) related work of e-commerce platforms, and end-to-end experience in policy (from design, execution to review) is preferred
- Work experience in budget management is preferred
- Clear logic, methodology, and good past successful project cases
- Sensitive to data, able to output effective strategies based on data analysis and seller behavior insights
- Have strong learning ability, self-driving force and anti-pressure ability, think independently, and be good at summarizing
- Excellent communication and resource integration skills, have a good understanding of content e-commerce, and have a clear understanding of the projects in charge of and development plans.
