1. Captain C909

Job Description:

• Are you a skilled and experienced C909 Pilot looking for an exciting new opportunity? PT. Transnusa Aviation Mandiri invites you to join our dynamic team as a C909 Pilot.
• As a C909 Pilot, your role is vital in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and comfort of our passengers. You will operate C909 aircraft on scheduled flights, adhere to all aviation regulations, and work collaboratively with the flight and ground crew to ensure smooth and secure operations. Your professionalism, technical proficiency, and dedication to excellence will enhance the overall travel experience for our valued passengers.

Requirements:

• Hold valid ATPL issued by DGCA Indonesia.
• Minimum 3,000 total flying hours, with at least 500 hours as PIC (Pilot-in- Command) on multi-engine jet aircraft.
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• No history of serious incidents or license violations.
• Excellent knowledge of CASR, have experienced international flight.
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
• Strong leadership, fluent communication in English, crew resource management (CRM) skills and decision- support skills.
• Willing to be assigned to any other base as required by the company.

2. Flight Attendant

Job Description:

• Are you a skilled and experienced Flight Attendant seeking a new and exciting opportunity? PT Transnusa Aviation Mandiri invites you to join our dynamic team as a Flight Attendant.
• As a Flight Attendant, your role is crucial in ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our passengers. You’ll conduct safety briefings, assist with boarding, maintain cabin cleanliness, and promptly respond to passengers’ needs. Effective communication and adherence to aviation regulations and company policies are key aspects of your responsibilities.
• In addition to delivering excellence in service, you will contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

• Min. High School Education.
• Experienced FA (Male and Female).
• Hold Indonesia DGCA FAC and Rated A320 or non rated with the last recurrent and competency check in 2024.
• Hold a valid passport and Certificate of Medical (COM) second class with a minimum validity of 6 months.
• Minimum height of 160cm barefoot (Women).
• Minimum height of 170cm barefoot (Men).
• Minimum arm reach of 210cm (Women and Men).
• No visible tattoos and not wearing braces.
• Willingness to be posted in MDC, DPS, CGK or other base are determined by the company.
• Proficient in English (Ability to speak Mandarin or other languages is an asset).
• Great Health.
• Able to join immediately.

3. First Officer C909

Requirements:

• Hold a valid CPL/IR and preferably an ATPLIor Frozen ATPL.
• At least 500 total flying hours on multi-engine jet aircraft.
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• No history of serious incidents or license violations.
• Good knowledge of CASRDand aviation safety standards.
• ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4 or higher.
• Strong leadership, fluent communication in English, crew resource management (CRM) skills and decision- support skills.
• Willing to be assigned to any other base as required by the company.

4. Chief of Operation Safety & Quality

Requirements:

• Possess a comprehensive understanding of aviation regulations, including CASR (Civil Aviation Safety- Regulations), relevant aviation requirements, Operational Manuals, and Operations Specifications.
• Min. of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the aviation industry, with proven expertise in safety and quality management.
• Must hold or have previously held a valid CASO (Certificate- of Aviation Safety Officer).
• Must hold or have previously held a valid Pilot License, demonstrating strong operational knowledge and practical experience in aviation environments.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, andcommunication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Proficient in safety audit processes, risk management frameworks, and reporting systems.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and upholding the highest safety standards.
