Persyaratan
5–8+ years of experience in risk management or risk advisory, preferably within pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG industries.
Strong understanding of Risk Management and Business Continuity Management.
Proven experience in developing policies, frameworks, and governance structures.
Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and influence senior leadership.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate complex risk concepts into practical insights.
Hands-on, structured, and detail-oriented, with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.
Good understanding of Indonesian regulatory landscape relevant to pharma and consumer goods.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CRMP, ISO 31000, ISO or equivalent) are an advantage
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1. Governance, Policy & Framework Leadership
Co-lead the design, enhancement, and implementation of RM & BCM frameworks, policies, and procedures.
Ensure alignment between risk governance, business processes, and regulatory requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen risk maturity across the organization.
2. Enterprise Risk Execution & Oversight
Lead and facilitate risk identification workshops across business units and functions to identify risks, existing controls, and mitigation plans.
Oversee the development and quality of risk registers, ensuring clear ownership and actionable mitigation plans.
Manage and steer the Risk Management Council, enabling structured risk-based discussions and decisions.
Monitor, analyze, and report Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and mitigation progress, including Annual Risk Report.
Oversee the assessment, testing, and continuous enhancement of Business Continuity Plans (BCP).
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership
Act as a trusted advisor and key point-of-contact for risk-related matters across the Group.
Partner with senior leadership to identify emerging risks, assess residual exposures, and track mitigation effectiveness.
Provide insightful, data-driven risk perspectives to support strategic and operational decision-making.
4. Team Contribution & Functional Development
Contribute to the development of risk management capabilities, tools, and methodologies.
Support a risk-aware culture through communication, guidance, and knowledge sharing across teams.
