PT Pelita Air Service (PAS) adalah anak usaha dari Pertamina yang berbisnis di bidang penerbangan. Untuk mendukung kegiatan bisnisnya, perusahaan ini memiliki kantor manajemen di Bandar Udara Pondok Cabe dan tiga kantor cabang, yakni di Bandar Udara Halim Perdanakusuma, Bandar Udara Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman, dan Bandar Udara Pinang Kampai. Hingga tanggal 31 Desember 2020, perusahaan ini mengoperasikan 15 unit helikopter dan 9 unit pesawat terbang.

Requirement :

- Basic Auditor or Lead Auditor (For Quality Audiot)
- Basic Inspector and Basic Airworthiness

2. Posisi: Store Inspector
Requirements :

- Basic Inspector and Basic Airworthiness
- Experience in Material Management
- Physically & mentally are healthy

3. Posisi: Quality Control Inspector
Requirements :
- Male/Female
- Maximum age 40 years
- Aviation Academy or S1 (Bachelor degree in Engineering minimum GPA 3.00
- Physically & mentally are healthy
- Hold A320 Licences for 3 years experience
- Basic inspector or Basic Airworthiness
- Lisenced AMEL A320 AP or EA
- Knowledge of regulatory & manufacture

4. Posisi: Cabin Controller Officer
Requirement :
- Male
- Maximum age 45 years old on 30 November 2023
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Electronic, Mechanical, Aeronautic or Technical High School in Aeronautic
- Experience in Cabin Maintenance in Commercial Aircraft for 2 years
- Basic Licence AP : A1, A4 or EA : C1, C2, C4 and AMEL : A320 for minimum 2 years
Job Description :
- Ability to identify and rectify existing and potential unsafe conditions
- Ability to confirm proper accomplishment of maintenance tasks
- Ability to prioritize task and report discrepancies
- Ability to properly process removed, uninstalled and rejected parts
- Ability to properly record and sign for work accomplished
- Ability to recognize the acceptability of parts to be installed
- Ability to understand work orders, work cards and refer to and use applicable maintenance data
- Ability to use information systems
- Ability to use, control and be familiar with required tool & equipment
- Adequate communication and literacy skills
5. Posisi: Engineer
Requirement :
- Male
- Maximum age 45 Years Old
- Bachelor Degree in engineering, electronic, mechanical, aeronautic or technical high school in aeronautic
- Experience as maintenance technician for 5 years
- Basic Licence AP : A1, A4 or EA : C1, C2, C4 and AMEL : A320 for minimum 2 years

- Understand applicable Basic Regulation and Company Procedure
- Able to operate computerized aircraft management systems of Material Management
- Understand to operate Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Aeronautical Part
Job Description :
- Perform warehouse management tasks to ensure and control receiving, inventory, and distribution of material. Act as a supervisory personnel also train and coach for lower level
7. Posisi: Material Planning Officer
Requirement :
- Bachelor Degree in engineering or management
- 3 years in Aviation Material Planning/Maintenance Planning/Supply Chain
- Ability to identify Line maintenance and Heavy Maintenance at Airbus A320
- Ability to confirm material requirement of maintenance tasks based on manuals
- Ability to construct material planning scheme, including back up plan
- Possess knowledge of general and special material fulfillment flow process
- Ability to prioritize material fulfillment schedule
- Ability to create and control all material request
- Ability to identify and control cost
- Adequate communication and literacy skills
8. Posisi: Maintenance Planning Officer
Requirement :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Aeronautical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Ability to identify Line Maintenance and Heavy Maintenacen requirements for Airbus A320 aircraft
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in planning aircraft maintenance, including both Light and Heavy Maintenance
- Ability to adapt to the work environment at PT Pelita Air Service
Job Description :
- Responsible for planning line and base maintenance for A320 aircraft
- Monitor Engineering Orders (EO), Airworthiness Directive (AD), Service Bulletins (SB), and Maintenance Planning Document (MPD) accomplishment
- Review materials, tools, manpower, and hanger slot requirements
9. Posisi: Ts Engineering Officer (Cabin Engineering)
Requirement :
- Male/Female
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering with minimum GPA 4,00
- Minimum of 5 years experience in Cabin Technical Support or Cabin Engineering roles within and airline or MRO
- Proficiency with Autocad 2D and 3D preferred
- Ability to adapt to the work environment at PT Pelita Air Service
Job Description :
- Provide technical support for cabin engineering aspects on Airbus A320 aircraft
Troubleshoot and resolve cabin equipment malfunctions and defects - Manage cabin modification projects and cabin maintenance programs
- Liaise with regulatory authorities on cabin engineering requirements and compliance
- Maintain documentation and records for aircraft cabin systems
