1. EXECUTIVE, PURCHASING
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Accounting
- Have minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing (preferably in events/promotions, also booth/event)
- Mastering purchasing procedures and administration well
What You Will Do :
- Make purchases related to the event, gimmick, merchandise, and another purchases
- Negotiating and looking for suppliers
- Monitoring purchases and delivery of goods
- Recording and administration of purchases
- Organize and update internal databases of suppliers, delivery time, invoices, and quality of suppliers
2. SENIOR EXECUTIVE, ACCOUNTING (GENERAL LEDGER)
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in accounting field (prior experience working at audit firm is a plus)
- Have a deep understanding of accounting concept, also update with PSAK regulation
- Able to perform in a fast-paced environment
- A good team player, attention to detail, and able to work under pressure
- High initiative and able to bring good continuous improvement
- High integrity and strong in interpersonal skill
What You Will Do :
- Responsible to record accounting journal entries, Ensure the journal is recorded accurately and timely based on PSAK, Responsible for month end financial closing and reporting
- Responsible to maintain accounts reconciliation
- Build good communication with internal team and other division, Responsible to give coaching to junior staff
3. SUPERVISOR, FINANCE, ACCOUNTING, & TAX
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, and tax field preferably in beauty, retail industry, or experienced working in start up industry
- Prior experience working at Big 4 is a plus point
- Have a deep understanding and experience related to finance, accounting, & tax
- Update with the newest PSAK and taxes regulation
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment / fast-growing company
- Detail-oriented, good team player, and able to work under pressure
- Strong in leadership, high integrity, and a problem solver
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
What You Will Do :
- Supervise the preparation of daily, monthly, and annual Financial and Tax reports, also ensure all reports are timely submitted
- Review the GL reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of all transaction recorded in accounting system
- Supervise the execution of Standard Operational Procedures (SOP)
- Ensure all transactions are properly recorded based on applied accounting standard
- Supervise and give coaching to team
4. MANAGER, FINANCE & ACCOUNTING
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 4 – 5 years working experiences in Finance and Accounting, preferably in beauty, retail, or start-up
- Prior experience working at Big 4 is a plus

- Monitor day-to-day financial operations within the company
- Manage the preparation of daily, monthly, and annual financial report

- Monitor the compliance of applicable accounting regulations
- Develop and executes Standard Operational Procedure (SOP)
- Financial statement, analysis, and advise to management level related to company’s financial conditions
- Manage Finance & Accounting Team
5. SENIOR EXECUTIVE, ACCOUNTING RECEIVABLE (ONLINE)
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 2 years working experiences as a Account Receivables field (preferably with experience in online AR transaction
- Strong in technical accounting, also update with the newest PSAK and taxes regulation
- Prior experience working at Big4 is a plus
- Detail oriented, good team player, and able to work under pressure

What You Will Do :
- Monitor daily transactions of AR settlement and online advance payment, Perform reconciliations for all AR settlement / advance payment for online revenue stream, Develop and improve Standard Operational Procedure (SOP)
- Ensure all AR transactions are properly recorded based on applied accounting standard
- Working and maintain good communication with sales team
- Responsible give coaching and oversee staff level
6. SENIOR EXECUTIVE, PURCHASING
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Accounting
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Senior level of purchasing / procurement
- Advanced communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, hard worker, and honest person
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Accurate program
- Have experience as Purchasing for beauty clinic (treatment tools, medicines, etc.) or in packaging and general affair stuff would be a plus point
What You Will Do :
- Find suppliers based on needs, bidding, and also analyze price comparison
- Responsible to do research, surveys, and get best deals for buying requisition
- Support and evaluate distribution process
- Conduct accurate documentation and make reports to management
- Manage Executive level through leadership, problem solving, and analytical process
7. ASSOCIATED MANAGER, ACCOUNT RECEIVABLE
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with minimum of 4 years working experiences as a Account Receivables
- Preferably have experience to handling both of B2B (Modern Trade & General Trade) and E-Commerce AR
- Strong in technical accounting and deep understanding of Accruals concept
- Prior experience working at big4 is a plus
- Close attention to details, self-starter, and excellent analytical skills

- Able to perform AR reconciliation, deep dive analysis, finding root cause, and problem solving
What You Will Do :
- Daily monitor Account Receivable transactions for all revenue streams such as E-Commerce, Sales Online, and Sales Offline transactions
- Review, analyze, and manage all AR settlement/advance payment reconciliations
- Responsible for revenue accruals calculations
