1. Engineering Supervisor

Qualifications :

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university in electrical or mechanical Engineering
• Have a minimum of 3 years of working experience as an Engineering
• Supervisor/Team Leader level in apartment in preferred
• Proficient in Bahasa and English, both written and spoken
• Having an Engineering Certificate is advantageous
• Having strong analytical thinking
• Having expertise and understanding in a variety of engineering disciplines

Job Descriptions :

• Prepare, monitor, and execute preventive maintenance
• Coodinate inspection and testing activities of protective and safety equipment
• Conduct safety outreach in the workplace
• General inspection to ensure maintenance
• Oversee operations according to company policies and procedures (according to standard operating procedures (SOP) and Job Safety
• Analysis (JSA)
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on facility machinery

2. Security Supervisor

Qualifications :

• Diploma Degree in any major
• Have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Supervisor in a similar property
• Proficient in Ms. Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and related software
• Have attended seminars or training about the preventive of Radicalism or Terrorism, Surveillance, Law Enforcement, Emergency Handling of Natural Disaster, and other issues related to security and safety matters
• Proficient in Bahasa and English, both spoken and written
• Have Gada Madya, Basic First Aid Prioritized and Fire Extinguisher Certifications
• Knowledgeable of fire safety systems
• Proper grooming and appearance

Job Description :

• Supervise day-to-day security operations and the system of Kempinski Private Residence
• Supervise both internal and outsourced security on implementing the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Working Instructions (WI) within the Security Department
• Analyze the budget management and asset-opname
• Incident handling
• Overseeing the trainings of security personnel both on skills and knowledge, such as fire drill, handcuff and security baton
• Responsible for the cleanliness and tidiness of all security working areas, including all tools and equipment

3. Concierge Officer

Qualifications :

• Senior High School (SMA), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor’s Degree from any major are welcome to apply
• Understanding the essentials of hospitality standards
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Able to speak other international languages is a plus point
• Responsible, reliable and posses a professional presentation
• Outstanding customer service skills are required
• Technology savvy
• Willing to work in shifts
• Well-groomed
• Pleasant personality

Job Descriptions :

• Build and maintain a good relationship with customers
• Provide excellent service to customers
• Monitor and ensure all public facilities are running well and up to standard
• Monitor the execution of Grand Indonesia’s promotional programs and activities
• Administer G CARD transcations
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate & prompt solutions

4. Front Office

Qualifications :

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Hospitality Management
• Fluent in Bahasa and English, both written and spoken

• Provide excellent service to the tenants
• Coordinate all incoming requests, complaints and inquiries that will be distributed to the related department
• Establish good communication and relationship with the tenants
• Maintain latest tenant’s database and update the latest tenant’s information
• Knowleadgeable in products and services for residence’s daily activities
