Qualifications

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, & 45001

3. Legal Supervisor (Advocate)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law.
• Experience: 5-7 years of experience handling corporate land-related legal matters.
• Certified lawyer with relevant legal certifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

The position involves providing technical guidance and solutions for M/E-related issues, ensuring all work complies with standards and prevailing regulations. The supervisor must also prepare work plans, prioritize tasks, coordinate with work teams, and control project targets and timelines. Accurate reporting and documentation using tools such as Microsoft Office and AutoCAD are essential.

Qualifications:

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 5–7 years of relevant experience, especially in industrial and estate development
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, plumbing, communication systems (e.g., telephones), air conditioning installations, M/E specifications and ratios, and waste handling
• Proven ability to manage and resolve M/E technical issues on site
• Skilled in work planning, supervision, and coordination across departments

9. Drafter

The Drafter will be responsible for creating and updating technical drawings while ensuring compliance with project standards and ISO regulations. This role includes coordinating with project teams, managing technical documents, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications:

• SMK/D3 degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Drafter (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software.
• Strong understanding of technical drawing standards and ISO regulations.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and a good communicator.

10. Design & Video Editor Intern

Responsible for all corporate content & productions. Starting from ideas, design (illustrations, layouts, etc. for print and digital media), scripting, story boarding, taking shoots, photo, & video editing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree majoring Multimedia, DKV, or in related field. Fresh graduate are welcome.
• Proficiency in using using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and other related editing apps.
• Able to operate video camera, lighting, & audio recording devices.
• Strong passion for design, videography, full of ideas, & creative.
• Placement in Jakarta, intern duration for 3 months
