Responsibilities :

  • Analyze and evaluate existing ERP systems and identify new system requirements to recommend improvements to business processes.
  • Perform system adjustments or changes up to the configuration level in accordance with business user requirements and ensure that all changes are properly documented.
  • Execute ERP system implementation and Go Live processes and conduct periodic post-implementation reviews.
  • Assist in system testing and quality control activities to identify errors and issues within business processes.
  • Provide training, assistance, and support to end users to ensure optimal utilization of the ERP system.
  • Develop, manage, and update user manuals and ERP system documentation in accordance with actual business processes.
  • Prepare and compile reports and administrative documentation related to ERP project progress for internal management, Pertamina, and regulatory authorities.
  • Conduct regular inspections and monitoring to ensure smooth business processes as well as the quality and reliability of data within the ERP system.

Qualifications :

  • Preferably holds a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or other relevant disciplines.
  • Has a minimum of four (4) years of work experience in the information technology or information systems field, with at least two (2) years of experience in ERP system management or implementation.
  • Preferably holds certifications in programming languages, IT Strategy, or IT Project Management.
  • Proficient in the use of computer applications and information systems.
  • Possesses good English proficiency to understand technical documentation and communicate professionally.

Job Requirement :

  • Education: S1 / Bachelor’s Degree,
  • Minimum GPA: 3
  • Work Experience: Computer System Provider minimum 2 year(s)

2. Oil & Gas I Underwriter

Responsibilities :

  • Review, analyze, and execute underwriting processes within the Oil & Gas Underwriting segment in accordance with company policies, delegated authority limits, and applicable procedures to ensure accurate, prudent, and optimal underwriting decisions.
  • Submit risk survey requests to Risk Surveyors and evaluate survey results to ensure consistency or identify deviations between documented information and the physical condition of the insured object.
  • Arrange backup reinsurance placements, both treaty and facultative, in accordance with applicable terms and conditions to optimize the utilization of the company’s allocated reinsurance capacity.
  • Perform underwriting quality control by conducting secondary reviews of underwriting processes
  • Calculate and analyze potential losses and the company’s liability based on the applicable policy terms, conditions, and coverage within the scope of underwriting authority.
  • Prepare, manage, and present underwriting data accurately and in a timely manner for reinsurance purposes, internal management needs, and reporting to the Financial Services Authority.
  • Prepare and design proposals for programs or project management initiatives as part of continuous improvement efforts related to underwriting processes, systems, and quality.
  • Conduct socialization, education, and knowledge-sharing activities to enhance insurance literacy and understanding among clients, partners, insured parties, and internal stakeholders.
  • Sign quotation slips, cover notes, policies, endorsements, and underwriting notes within the Oil & Gas Underwriting segment in accordance with established procedures, company policies, and delegated authority limits.
  • Monitor and control premium payments from insured parties in coordination with the Marketing and Direct Collection functions to minimize the risk of payment delays or policy cancellations.
  • Approve the issuance of Notices of Cancellation (NOC) in accordance with applicable provisions in the event of premium payment default.
  • Monitor facultative reinsurance premium payments to reinsurers to prevent the issuance of Notices of Cancellation (NOC) by reinsurers.
  • Provide insurance education and awareness activities to insured parties in collaboration with the Marketing function to enhance product understanding and align perceptions of insurance benefits and risks.

Qualifications :

  • Preferably holds a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Accounting, Engineering, or other disciplines relevant to the insurance industry.
  • Has a minimum of four (4) years of work experience, particularly in the insurance or financial services industry, with at least two (2) years of experience in underwriting or risk analysis–related functions.
  • Preferably holds an A3IK certification or other equivalent professional certifications in the insurance field.
  • Demonstrates strong capabilities in risk analysis, underwriting evaluation, and a sound understanding of insurance policies.
  • Proficient in the use of computer applications and underwriting systems to support work effectiveness.
  • Possesses good English proficiency, particularly in understanding technical documents and communicating with external parties.
  • Exhibits strong communication, coordination, and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Requirement :

  • Education: S1 / Bachelor’s Degree,
  • Minimum GPA: 3
  • Work Experience: Bank & Financial Services minimum 2 year(s)

3. SKK Migas Project Account Executive

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct sales of insurance products to Energy business clients in order to achieve new account and renewal sales targets in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage and provide services to assigned accounts to ensure the achievement of customer satisfaction and long-term client      loyalty.
  • Monitor and assist in the premium collection process by      coordinating with relevant functions to ensure payments are received in the correct amount and on time.
  • Monitor the progress of claims related to assigned accounts and follow up with relevant parties in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
  • Support the implementation of product research and the development of new insurance products in line with market      needs and the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate with the Underwriting function regarding risk acceptance and policy issuance processes, including the provision of underwriting information from the insured.
  • Ensure the implementation of after-sales services, such as policy socialization, market reviews, and risk management programs, in accordance with commitments made to clients.
  •  Maintain strong relationships and client loyalty, as well as to develop potential business opportunities.

Qualifications :

  • Preferably holds a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant field of study.
  • Has a minimum of four (4) years of work experience, particularly in the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Preferably has at least two (2) years of experience in insurance sales or account management.
  • Preferably holds a Certified General Insurance certification or an equivalent professional certification in the insurance field.
  • Has attended Marketing Management training or other relevant sales-related training.
  • Proficient in the use of computer applications to support sales activities and reporting.
  • Possesses good English proficiency to support business communication and the understanding of business-related documents.
  • Demonstrates strong communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills with both clients and internal stakeholders.
