Requirement :
- Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) in any major
- Experienced minimum 1 years in related Pauroll & Rewards Managemennt
- Have Good Interpersonal Communication skill
- Able to work in a team
- Have high Accuracy
- Able to operate Ms Office (Moderate level)
- Able to operate System Analysis and Program (SAP) Application
- Have Knowledge of Employment Administration
- Willing to learn and adaptive
2. Business Analyst
Requirements :
- Minimum bachelor degree in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, or Stastistics
- Have good interpersonal communication skill
- Have good analytical thinking and judgement
- Strong in problem solving
- Able to operate Ms Office
- Able to work in team
3. Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) Analyst
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business, Management, Accounting, Economics, or Finance
- Have good interpersonal communication skill
- Have good analytical thinking and judgement
- Strong in problem solving
- Good in visualization analysis and able to desicribe the business flow processbusiness
- Able to operate Ms Office
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia (spoken & written)
- Detail oriented
- Strong in risk management (plus point)
