Lowongan Kerja PT APG Westkampar Indonesia (APGWI)

1. Facility & Process Engineer (Field Based / Riau)

Responsibilities :

• Abalyze and evaluate production and production supporting facilities by making maintenance plan or program, repair and to the troubleshooting of production and production supporting facilities
• Plan and evaluate production and production supporting facilities design that needed for new construction production facility or modification of existing facilities
• Prepare Scope of Work, Owner Estimate, technical specification and qualification for tender process both services/material that used on maintenance plan or program, repair and do the troubleshooting of production and production supporting facilities
• Plan and do road maintenance that related with production facility and trucking transportation
• Prepare daily and monthly production and production supporting facilities maintenance and progress report and other report that related with Company stakeholder
  Prepare yearly Work Program & Budget
• Contribute and monitor overall HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) in Operation area

Requirements :

• Minimum bachelor degree majoring in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 8 years experience in oil and gas
• Have experience with road maintenance and production and production supporting facilities construction and maintenance
• Have experience in yearly Work & Budget
• Have experience in tender process
• Team player with good interpersonal, communication and integrity

2. Head of Logistic (Field Based / Riau)

Responsibilities :

• Plan, analyze and prepare Company inventory and logistic requirement at Field
• Monitor warehouse activity, check inventory and logistic received by Company and do the inspection for the inventory and logistic regularly
• Identify and record inventory based on inventory category, supervise inventory record activity that categorized as Government assets that keep in Company warehouse
• Do material write-off based on user Departement request
• Monitor logistic and inventory distribution process, analyse and make recommendation for the alternative way-out if distribution obstacle occur
• Prepare yearly Work Program & Budget
• Analyze and make evaluation for transportation needs based on Operation needed at Field

Requirements :

• Minimum bachelor degree in any major
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in logistic areas for oil and gas industry
• Have PTK 007 certification
• Have experience in yearly Work Program & Budget
• Team player with good interpersonal, communication and integrity

3. Production Engineer (Field Based / Riau)

Responsibilities :

• Perform day-to-day production monitoring from Wells, EPF, trucking until unloading tank and act for optimization
• Perform day-to-day Artificial lift and Well performance monitoring, and propose Well optimization plan
• Prepare Standard Operation Procedures in Production & Operation area
• Acquired, record and analyze well production test
• Prepare daily and monthly Production report, joint report with other PSC and verify the production reconciliation
• Prepare yearly Work Program & Budget
• Contribute and monitor overall HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) in Operation area

Requirements :

• Minimum bachelor degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering is preferable
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in oil and gas
• Have experience using production chemical
• Have experience in oil pipe simulation
• Have experience with in Production, Petroleum or Reservoir Engineering
• Have experience in yearly Work Program & Budget
• Have experience in Flow Assurance
• Team player with good interpersonal, communication and integrity

4. HR Recruitment & People Development (Jakarta Based)

Responsibilities :

• Perform recruitment process for operational needs including creating job advertisements, shortlisting candidates, conducting psychological test, scoring and interviewing candidates
• Creating reports about psychological tests and interview results
• Creating weekly and monthly recruitment progress reports
• Identify training and development needs within and organization through job analysis
• Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization
• Develop effective induction programs for new hired
• Manage the delivery and evaluate of training and development programs
• Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees’ work behavior

Requirements :

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Psychology
• Have experience minimum 5 years in the same field, especially in the oil & gas sector
• Mastering psychological test tools
• Able to conduct psychological test, scoring and interviews
• Hands-on experience in Training Need Anslysis (TNA) and training program designing
• Excellent presentation skills
• Team player with good interpersonal, communication and integrity
