1. Graduate Trainee – Product Development Beauty Care
Requirements :
- S1 or S2 graduates from a reputable university. Preferably having 1-2 years experience (intern/full-time)
- Open for all majors with minimum GPA 3.5/4.0
- Having good communication skills, open-minded, “hungry”, curious & fast learning, and technology savvy
Responsibilities :
- Participate in a comprehensive training program focused on product development principles and practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and contribute to the ideation phase of new product initiatives
- Assist in conducting market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscapes
- Learn and apply product development methodologies, including prototyping, testing, and iteration
- Work closely with senior product developers to create detailed project plans and timelines
- Contribute to the design and development of new products, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer expectations
- Gain hands-on experience with various tools and technologies used in product development processes
2. Graduate Trainee – Production & Engineering
Requirements :
- S1 or S2 graduates from a reputable university. Preferably having 1-2 years experience (intern/full-time)

Responsibilities :
- Identify manufacturing needs for new products in development
- Design new systems and processes and provide facilities & methods to ensure the cost-effective integration of new products or the improvement of existing ones into manufacturing operations
- Ensure all product and system requirements are taken into account from the initial product conception to the finished result
- Ensure product and process quality meets the specifications required
3. Graduate Trainee – Sales Operations Analyst
Requirements :

Responsibilities :
