1. Quality Assurance Senior Specialist (TPC Position)

Job Description :

Purpose:

• The primary role of Quality Assurance Senior Specialist is to lead the development and implementation of quality assurance/quality management system and or programs covering both operations and project development during planning, engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning, start-up and operations.
• This includes implementation of quality management system/initiatives to comply with both internal and external regulations/codes/standards, inspection of equipment/facilities, and development of procedures and quality audit.

Quality Assurance:

• Establish Quality Assurance Programs and Plans, and coordinate the execution safely and in environmentally sound
• Technical resource for the maintenance and implementation of ISO 9001.
• Contribute and coordinate the development and ongoing maintenance of the quality manuals in order to ensure operations and project related activities relevant to quality conduct consistent, high quality, timely reviews
• Coordinate the implementation of the quality manual and work with the training officer and other functions to ensure that appropriate support and development is provided for the effective implementation of the manual.
• Develop of QMS elements in accordance with ISO 9001, Eni procedures or guidelines, government regulatory, international standards and codes and practices.
• Implement recommendations and provide a course of action to improve existing procedures and practices, and develop shaping plan to improve quality programs.
• Provide professional and technical information, advice, and support where relevant to both operations, project, other internal stakeholders and external stakeholders.
• Maintain the quality assurance records and execution of periodic inspection on jobs
• Establish audit schedule, and conduct, participate/lead in quality audits, failure and root cause analysis sessions, quality related operations and project meetings as advised by Operations, Project Management Team and Quality Manager. The responsibility includes to do follow up for the timely closure of relevant action points, i.e. non-conformities.
• Monitor Company Quality System activities based on Companies Management system
• Provide support and continuous monitoring/assessment of the Quality capabilities and performances.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive down defects and improve process efficiency
• Identify and develop recommendations for ways to continually improve quality processes, tools, and materials to enhance quality assurance practices in the areas of efficiency, cost savings, quality, safety, and/or customer experience.

Quality Control Interaction:

• Help coordinate QC inspection work to proceed in accordance with quality plan, control procedures and inspection procedures.
• Assist all field quality inspections and inspection activities to ensure the quality level in lieu of asset integrity programs are implemented and secured
• Review and comment on Procurement, Construction and Commissioning related Quality documents such as Project Quality Plans, Quality Control Procedures, ITPs, ITBs, and other related Quality documents
• Coordinate efforts on the manufacturing, inspection and testing activities at the contractor yards and highlight any issues to project team in a timely manner.
• Perform QA QC activities during project construction and commissioning activities, monitor QC inspector’s coverage of site inspection and surveillance activities, randomly participate in day to day inspection and testing activities and perform independent surveillance inspections, to ensure compliance to the project quality requirements
• Provide active support to Operations and project team in the review and finalization of various capital project and opex project document

Requirements :

• Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
• Professional Qualification:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant field.
  • Professional Skill: Government and internal regulations/codes/standards.
• Training and Courses:
  • Certified trainings from recognized inspection bodies.
  • Certified ISO 9001:2015 Auditor or Lead Auditor.
• Language: Native language and proficient in English both verbal and written.
• Technical Competencies:
  • Conversant with Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015.
  • Conversant with Quality Plan, Inspection Test Plan and Quality Codes/Standards.
  • Familiar with Project Management Principles and processes
  • Familiar with industry practices, processes, and expectations in all phases of EPC contracts (processing plant and pipelines)
  • In-depth knowledge of codes and standards related with Quality Assurance/Control

2. Subsea Pipeline Engineer (TPC Position)

Job Description :

Purpose:

• To support the development team in the engineering, design, manufacturing, testing and installation of subsea production systems, assuring that the design meets project requirement, applicable standards and engineering best practices, developing Company’s know-how in this area.

Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Consistency, quality and cost effectiveness of project design of the subsea/ deep water production system in compliance with all applicable codes, standards and engineering best practices
• To prepare design specifications and ITTs
• Reviewing and commenting technical documentation produced by the contractors (e.g. technical reports, specifications, procedures, drawings, etc) ensuring the implementation of the established procedures and good engineering practice
• Resolving ongoing technical issues concerning all aspects of subsea equipment
• Monitoring and reporting technical progress of subsea production system design
• Acquiring and capitalizing subsea construction know-how

Requirements :

• Education: Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Professional Qualification:
  • Minimum 10 years of engineering experience in Oil/Gas Industry
  • Minimum 8 years of subsea engineering experience
• Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Technical Competencies:
  • Experience in subsea pipeline design and subsea structure.
  • Good knowledge and fundamental understanding on structural mechanics, materials and corrosion.
  • Ability to interpret and explain the results and findings of the analyses.
  • Focus and driven in ensuring compliance with the requirements of Quality Assurance system during engineering delivery.
  • Focus and driven in ensuring compliance with the requirements of HSE system and understand the importance of safe working practices
  • Knowledge of local / National and International  standard and codes
  • Experienced with FAT Testing, Integration Testing, Installation, Offshore Installation Supervision, Plant construction, Control system knowledge, Inspection, control and testing techniques
  • Exposure to programming experience would be an advantage.
