Strong understanding of social apps, voice chat, livestreaming, gaming communities, or creator ecosystems. Proven ability to independently source leads and turn cold prospects into active users or partners. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Highly proactive, resourceful, and comfortable with cold outreach and direct user recruitment. Strong ownership and execution skills; able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Data-driven mindset with the ability to track funnels and optimize based on results. Fluent English or Chinese communication skills. Nice to Have: Existing relationships with voice room hosts, creators, agencies, guilds, or online communities. Experience working with international users or operating in overseas markets. Experience in social audio, live-streaming, gaming, dating, community, or creator platforms. Strong presence and network across platforms such as Discord, TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, Telegram, or similar communities. Experience building a user/creator network from scratch. Deskripsi Pekerjaan We are looking to hire Business Development specialist– Voice Room Acquisition for Media & Entertainment company in Indonesia. It is 100% Remote job About the Role： Our client is looking for a highly motivated Business Development specialist to help us identify, recruit, and grow high-potential users and communities in the voice chat / social audio space. In this role, you will be responsible for discovering high-quality voice room hosts, creators, community leaders, and potential partners across social platforms and online communities. You will build relationships with them, introduce our platform and value proposition, and turn high-potential leads into active users and long-term partners. This is a hands-on, growth-oriented BD role for someone who is passionate about social products, online communities, and creator ecosystems. Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and source high-potential voice room hosts, creators, community leaders, and users across social media, voice chat platforms, online communities, and other relevant channels. Develop and execute creative strategies to hunt, recruit, and onboard high-quality users and communities. Build and maintain strong relationships with hosts, creators, agencies, community owners, and other ecosystem partners. ⁠Introduce our product, communicate its value proposition, and convert leads into active users or partners. Track the entire BD funnel, from lead generation and outreach to onboarding, activation, and retention. Monitor trends in voice chat, social audio, livestreaming, and creator communities to identify new growth opportunities. Work closely with Product, Operations, and Growth teams to improve user acquisition and engagement strategies. ⁠Continuously test new acquisition channels, outreach methods, and partnership models to drive sustainable growth.
