1. Foreman Produksi

• Managing and supervising technical activities in the company’s engineering department. You will work with the team to ensure the efficient operation of mining equipment and facilities, as well as coordinate preventive maintenance and repair projects.

Responsibility:

• Ensure production targets are met and standards maintained.
• Conduct daily safety meetings and inspect work areas.
• Ensure machinery functions optimally and minimize disruptions.
• Provide information to new operators for better understanding.
• Enforce safety and security standards.
• Inspect loads for compliance.
• Monitor operator attendance and ensure adequate staffing.

Qualification:

• Physically and mentally ready to be placed in our site.
• Minimum D3 in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related fields.
• 2 years of experience as a foreman in coal mining.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; able to provide direction and motivation.
• Having POP certification will be a huge advantage.

2. Foreman Logistic

• Plan and execute the management of inventory consisting of parts and materials (fuel, oil, and grease) inside the warehouse and its surroundings at the jobsite location according to company procedures and regulations.

Responsibility:

• Directing and supervising Warehouse keepers, Fuel man, Lube/Grease man, Fuel truck Operator, and logistic admin in managing daily inventory & safety in the warehouse
• Allocating goods, parts, and materials, and conducting periodic stocktaking
• Ensuring correct placement and updating of Bin Cards for received and withdrawn goods
• Responsible for updating & ensuring data and information related to inventory & stock records
• Conducting mentoring activities for technical and non-technical aspects

Qualification:

• Physically and mentally ready to be placed in our site.
• Minimum Diploma degree, preferably from engineering major
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position or equivalent
• Strong communication and coordination skills; able to provide direction and motivation.
• Having POP certification will be a huge advantage.

3. Foreman Mechanic

• Overseeing and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment.

Responsibility:

• Supervising a team of mechanics and technicians to ensure work is performed safely and efficiently.
• Planning and scheduling maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance and repairs, to minimize downtime.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Qualification:

• Physically and mentally ready to be placed in our site.
• Minimum Diploma degree, preferably from engineering major
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position or equivalent
• Strong communication and coordination skills; able to provide direction and motivation.
• Having POP certification will be a huge advantage.

4. Trainer Medium Truck

• Train and develop medium truck operators skills, ensuring safety and operational efficiency in the mining field.

Responsibility:

• Train medium truck operators in safe and efficient operation.
• Develop budgets and appropriate training programs.
• Ensure routine maintenance and technical inspections of medium trucks.
• Create training materials and operational guidelines based on training needs
• Report, monitor and provide constructive feedback on training performance
• Collaborate with management to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications :

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a medium truck operator or 2 years as a medium truck trainer.
• Proficient in training medium truck operator skills with Hino 500, 700, etc.
• Holds a POP Certificate and Training for Trainer (TOT).
• Deep understanding of medium truck operations in mining environments, mining safety, effective training methods and risk assessment standards.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Understanding of mining safety standards and operational procedures.

5. Staff Plant (Jakarta)

• Ensure planning, management, and monitoring of Scheduled & Unscheduled Maintenance activities for Production and Support Equipment are in line with targets at the site.

Responsibility:

• Monitor all Scheduled & Unscheduled maintenance activities for production and support equipment according to the established plan.
• Assist in monitoring and analyzing the performance of production equipment.
• Update equipment history (general check, periodic service, midlife, overhaul) and equipment status (available, scrap/dispose, off-hire).
• Compile all data summaries within the plant department.

Qualifications :

• Physically and mentally fit
• Willing to take business trips to our site in the Kalimantan area.
• Minimum Diploma degree, preferably from engineering major
• Having experience in the same position will be an advantage,
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Tech-savvy and fluent for using Ms. Office program

6. SHE Medic

• Ensuring the well-being of employees in a potentially hazardous work environment and assist regular health checks and assessments for all employees.

Responsibility:

• Providing immediate first aid and medical care to injured or ill employees
• Assist regular health checks and assessments for employees
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Participating in safety meetings and training to promote a safe work culture.
• Maintaining accurate medical records and reports.
• Providing guidance on health and safety issues to management.

Qualification:

• Physically and mentally ready to be placed in our site.
• Minimum Diploma degree in nursing & health care or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational health, preferably in a mining or industrial setting
• Have certification in BLS and ACLS and active STR

7. Spv. Mine Control Room (MCR)

• Overseeing the safe and efficient operation of the control room and coordinating with other departments to optimize mining activities.

Responsibility:

• Maintaining accurate records and reports for Overburden (OB), Coal, Barging, Rehandling Coal, Productivity, Fuel, and Lost Time, detailing metrics periodically
• Oversee all the mine control room process and ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Conduct Process Improvement and Corrective Action (PICA) on the generated reports to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
• Implementing improvements to control room processes and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Providing training, guidance and mentoring to control room employees.

Qualification:

• Physically and mentally ready to be placed in our site.
• Minimum Bachelor degree, preferably from engineering major
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the mining industry, preferably in a control room area.
• Having POP certification will be preferred
• Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in computer systems and mining software.

8. Foreman Mine Control Room (MCR)

• Oversee and coordinate the operation of the control room to ensure the safe and efficient operation of mining activities.

Responsibility:

• Create comprehensive production reports for Overburden (OB), Coal, Barging, Rehandling Coal, Productivity, Fuel, and Lost Time, detailing metrics periodically
• Supervising a team of control room admin to ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.
• Conduct Process Improvement and Corrective Action (PICA) on the generated reports to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
• Collaborate and coordinate effectively with all departments to streamline operations and achieve organizational goals.

9. Admin Mine Control Room (MCR)

• Assist and maintain detailed production reports and coordinate closely with all departments to ensure operational process running smoothly.

Responsibility:

• Create comprehensive production reports for Overburden (OB), Coal, Barging, Rehandling Coal, Productivity, Fuel, and Lost Time, detailing metrics periodically
• Assist detailed actual unit reports on an hourly basis.
• Assist Process Improvement and Corrective Action (PICA) on the generated reports to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
• Collaborate and coordinate effectively with all departments to streamline operations and achieve organizational goals.

Qualification:

• Physically and mentally ready to be placed in our site.
• Minimum Diploma degree, preferably from engineering major
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position, fresh graduate with relevant experience are welcome
• Tech-savvy and fluent for using Ms. Office program
